Night view of Manila Bay. Enjoy, and of course, let me know what you think.
I know its not a great shot, and has some problems with it, but i'm asking for critiques anyway, because i would like to know what others would have done.
Thank you. :D

Don't think it's too dark. For a night shot bright enough. But it's blurry. If you had a tripod with you... ;)

Had a monopod, but I still ended up bluring it a bit.

There is a shutter speed rule. 1/focal_length as shutter speed and most of the pics aren't blurry. I tried it already and it works very good.
If I think twice, it's nonsense for night shots . Would be too dark.

yup, agreed, its too hard to get that shutter speed down in a night shot. Though it works ok if you jump up the ISO. Though in a night shot the higher ISO does get noisy. So its a tough trade off. Though this scene would have been fine for a tripod, just didn't have one with me when i was shooting.

Agreed. I took several more at slower shutters, to lighten it, but was left with over exposed lights, so this was the best I could get with a compromise. I should have used a tri though, to keep the moon more stable I guess. Thanks for the critique, I appreciate it. :)
